  • Log data — server logs generated by our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) that may include request metadata and error reports.

We apply heightened security controls to all sensitive personal information we collect, regardless of your location, in accordance with our Written Information Security Program (WISP) and applicable data protection laws.

  • Deliver, operate, and improve our custom software and SaaS products;

  • Service providers — trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Services, including:
    • Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
    • Resend (transactional email delivery)
    • Cloud infrastructure and database providers
    These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
  • Legal compliance — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AgzyTech, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
  • With your consent — when you have given us explicit permission to share your information.

6. Data Security

We maintain a Written Information Security Program (WISP) designed to protect all personal information we handle. Our security measures include:

  • Encryption of personal information transmitted over public networks and, where feasible, stored on portable devices or media;
  • Secure access controls limiting employee and contractor access to personal information on a need-to-know basis;
  • Regular review and updating of our security practices and WISP;
  • Reasonable oversight of third-party service providers that handle personal information on our behalf, including contractual requirements for data protection;
  • Monitoring for unauthorized access and security incidents.

Our security program is designed to meet or exceed the standards set forth in Massachusetts regulations (201 CMR 17.00) and other applicable data protection requirements. While we implement industry-standard safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

7. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a security breach involving your personal information, we will notify affected individuals as promptly as possible and without unreasonable delay, in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the nature of the breach and your location, notification may include:

  • Direct notice to you describing the nature of the breach, the types of information involved, and the steps we are taking in response;
  • Notification to relevant regulatory authorities where required by law, including the Massachusetts Attorney General and the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation (OCABR) when applicable under M.G.L. Chapter 93H;
  • Any additional notifications required by the privacy laws of your jurisdiction.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our WISP.

Our Services are operated from the United States.
