We maintain a Written Information Security Program (WISP) designed to protect all personal information we handle. Our security measures include:
- Encryption of personal information transmitted over public networks and, where feasible, stored on portable devices or media;
- Secure access controls limiting employee and contractor access to personal information on a need-to-know basis;
- Regular review and updating of our security practices and WISP;
- Reasonable oversight of third-party service providers that handle personal information on our behalf, including contractual requirements for data protection;
- Monitoring for unauthorized access and security incidents.
Our security program is designed to meet or exceed the standards set forth in Massachusetts regulations (201 CMR 17.00) and other applicable data protection requirements. While we implement industry-standard safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

In the event of a security breach involving your personal information, we will notify affected individuals as promptly as possible and without unreasonable delay, in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the nature of the breach and your location, notification may include:
